Alchemy of The Heart is a self-paced program, where you'll receive instant access to all outlined on this page, immediately after your investment is processed. We recommend setting aside one day a week where you can dive into each module, although you could also go through the whole program over the course of some days – whatever you feel called to. The intention is to commit to a process that works for you, and don't compromise once you've started.
My heart isn’t broken, is this program for me?
