Over the 12 weeks, you’ll be meeting Mel for 10 group coaching calls as she shares and guides you through the stages of heart healing, rising like the phoenix and quantum leaping in love – as she did over the past year. For two of the weeks, you’ll be experiencing embodiment, somatic and breathwork ceremonies to support you in mending and empowering you on your journey with some very special guests.

Whilst we always take on board feedback to improve your journey, as with any integrative program, growth is experiential and this programme requires a commitment from you to involve yourself in tasks and calls (or replays) to ensure that you get the most out of the program. The work won’t work if you don’t work.

The calls with Mel will take place morning time PST, afternoon-time EST, and evening time in Europe and will last 90-120 minutes.

You’ll have access to the calendar for each call upon enrolling, along with 24 hr and 1 hr reminders prior to the calls. 

All sessions and coaching calls will be recorded and uploaded to the Members Hub for you to catch up with in your own sweet time. That said, we recommend you try and make it to as many of the live calls as possible so you can connect with your fellow sisters!

Of course. It’s incredibly beneficial to have this wisdom and these tools and practices to support you on whatever stage you’re at so that you know where to turn to in any case. This container was born from Mel’s own experiences of heartbreak, healing, rising and thriving, and the desire she had to share what she had learned along the way – a luxury she didn’t have in her own journey.

Alchemy of The Heart is a program that will give you the tools and wisdom for you to heal the heart, rise like the phoenix and quantum leap in love. It’s about healing the heart, not calling in love. That said, the end result may happen much quicker than you thought, or it could take a little longer. The intention of this container isn’t for you to finish with a partner by your side, but more so to finish with an unwavering amount of love for yourself as you vibrate at such a frequency that attracts the goodness that you DESERVE, however that looks.

Aside from the fact you’ll be with an intimate group of fellow Queens as you journey through this process, you’ll have unlimited Voxer access to Mel over the 12 weeks to ask any and all questions about Alchemy of The Heart. As someone who went through heartbreak, manifesting a move to the US, attracted a dream fiancé AND father to their son, you can trust that she’s got some invaluable guidance to provide at a high-touch level that’s not to be missed.

In short, nope! All of our calls and live sessions will be held on Zoom, where you will be connecting and meeting with hundreds of fellow womxn who are also on this journey. There will be a Facebook Community to act as another option for members to connect, but it is not essential for you to join to get the most out of this program. That said, if you’d like to join the Facebook Community but don’t currently have an account, we encourage you to consider making a temporary profile to meet more of your fellow sisters inside the program.

Another option would be to upgrade to VIP where you will be part of a private Voxer group throughout the 12-weeks, and receive unlimited access to Mel through that group.

Absolutely! With all of our coaching calls being recorded and uploaded for you to catch up with and a community to connect with at any given moment, there are ample ways for you to experience this course around your personal schedule.
